Voters in California will determine the state's next governor, congressional seats, and local offices on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. For residents who plan to follow the results from home, the choice of viewing method has expanded beyond the traditional television set. NBC 7 San Diego has listed twelve distinct digital platforms where its news channel is available, alongside specific time slots for its broadcast signal.

The station's 24/7 streaming channel is currently accessible on Roku TV, Peacock, Fire TV, Samsung TV Plus, Xumo Play, Local Now, Pluto, Google TV, TCL, Xfinity, and Amazon Prime Video. Viewers can also access the feed through the NBC 7 San Diego mobile application or by selecting the "Watch News 24/7" button on the station's website. This array of options allows households to select a service based on their existing device ecosystem, such as whether they own a Samsung smart TV or a Roku streaming stick.

For those preferring a standard television broadcast, the station has designated four specific windows for coverage on Election Day. These slots are scheduled from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., 10:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and 11:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. The streaming schedule includes additional dedicated shows at 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to 9:45 p.m., providing more frequent updates for digital viewers compared to the linear TV schedule.

Finding the channel on these platforms requires specific navigation steps that vary by provider. On Amazon Fire TV, the channel appears in the Fire TV Channels section under the "Local News" tab without requiring a separate app download. Users of Amazon Prime Video must open the app, select the "Live TV" tab, and then navigate to the "Local News" sub-tab to search for the station. This process is distinct from the method used on Roku devices, where users must select the Live TV tile on the home screen or search for the channel name within The Roku Channel app.

Samsung TV users have two primary methods to access the feed. On mobile devices, the channel is available through the Samsung TV Plus app found in the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store. For Samsung smart televisions, viewers must navigate to the app bar at the bottom of the screen and search for channel 1035 or the channel name directly. Xfinity customers must register their specific device with their account credentials before accessing the "Live TV" section of the Xfinity Stream App to locate the channel.

Google TV and TCL devices offer access through their respective live TV integrations. Google TV provides live channels at no charge, requiring no app installation or subscription. Users can browse the "Live" tab or their recommendations to find the station. For TCL Roku TVs, the channel is located in the "Live TV Zone" found in the left-hand navigation menu. TCL TVs running Google TV require users to click into the "Live TV" tab from the home screen and scroll through the guide.

Other platforms like Peacock, Pluto, Xumo Play, and Local Now each have unique interface paths. Peacock users must scroll through the "Channels" tab in the app. Pluto users search for the channel name directly within the app. Xumo Play users must scroll to the bottom of the vertical content list in the Live Guide to find the "Local News" section. Local Now users select their city using the "My City" button in the top right corner of the app to bring the channel to the top of the channel guide.

NBC 7 San Diego noted that the list of available platforms is subject to change. The station stated it will update its webpage as the streaming channel becomes available on additional services. The variety of access points reflects the current distribution model for local news, which spans both linear broadcast and multiple digital streaming ecosystems simultaneously.
