Disney+ and Hulu will begin streaming the third season of "Percy Jackson and the Olympians" on November 20, 2026. The network released a promotional trailer that outlines the central conflict for the upcoming episodes.
The season adapts the third novel in Rick Riordan's book series, "The Titan's Curse." The plot centers on Percy Jackson, played by Walker Scobell, who must rescue his friend Annabeth Chase, portrayed by Leah Sava Jeffries. Annabeth is captured by forces aligned with Kronos, a situation that threatens the stability of the divine realm.
In the trailer, Scobell's character states, "There is a war coming between the gods and the Titans and if we are going to survive it, we must join forces." The official synopsis notes that Percy must free a goddess in chains and confront a prophecy with dire consequences while avoiding the fall of Olympus.
The production has expanded its cast with several established film and television actors. Ming-Na Wen will play Hera, Kate McKinnon will portray Aphrodite, and Jennifer Beals will appear as Demeter. These additions join the existing core group, which includes Aryan Simhadri as Grover Underwood and Lin-Manuel Miranda as Hermes.
New characters introduced in this season include Artemis, played by Dafne Keen, and Nico di Angelo, played by Levi Chrisopulos. Other new cast members include Holt McCallany as Atlas and David Costabile as Dr. Thorn. The series will release two new episodes per week following the initial double premiere.
The Walt Disney Company operates the streaming platforms involved in the release. The show continues to follow the mythological adventures of the demigod protagonist and his companions as they navigate the political tensions among the Olympian gods.
