Mecklenburg County law enforcement released 13 new booking records on Friday for arrests made on Thursday, October 29. The list includes charges for disorderly conduct, larceny, and several violent offenses. Two of the individuals booked that day were charged with domestic violence.

The most serious allegation in the group belongs to Cassandra Jean Risso, who faces a charge of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill. She was booked on October 25. Other violent charges include simple affray and assault with a deadly weapon, both charged to Sabrina Robinson on October 26. Ebbe Perry and Nzuzi Nkeso both face common law robbery, alongside charges for resisting a public officer and assault on a female.

Property crimes dominate the remaining entries. Deeric Phillips was charged with break-enter motor vehicle with theft, financial transaction card theft, and obtaining property by false pretense. Deshaun Richardson faces larceny of a motor vehicle and possession of stolen goods. Gabriel Peele, booked on October 20, has the longest list, including habitual larceny, possession of a firearm by a felon, and shoplifting.

Traffic and conduct violations round out the group. James Williams and D'Jon Rawlinson were both charged with driving while impaired. Justine Manns faces disorderly conduct, resisting a public officer, and communicating threats. Myles Stinson and Andre Medlin-Sanders are both listed with domestic violence charges, while Myles Stinson also faces assault on a female.

The county website now displays these mugshots alongside the specific dates and charges for each defendant. The records cover bookings from October 18 through October 30, reflecting a rolling update of recent arrests.
