Matchday 10 of the Serie A season begins on Saturday, October 31, with two high-stakes fixtures placing immediate pressure on head coaches in Milan and Turin.

The weekend schedule features the Derby della Madonnina between AC Milan and Inter at San Siro on Saturday at 3:45 p.m. Eastern Time. Inter, coached by Cristian Chivu, currently share the top spot in the league standings with Lazio. However, the team has conceded 10 goals in its first nine matches. Inter secured a narrow victory over Venezia in their previous outing, relying on two own goals to win. AC Milan trails the leaders by seven points after a 4-2 home loss to Bologna. A victory for Inter would end a six-game winless streak against their city rivals. For Milan, a win is necessary to keep their championship hopes alive.

AS Roma travels to Udine on Saturday at 1 p.m. Eastern Time. Gian Piero Gasperini’s Roma side seeks to close the gap on the top teams, while Udinese head coach Kosta Runjaic faces a critical test to retain his position after a slow start to the season. The match is set for the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine, Italy. Betting odds list AS Roma as favorites at -198, with Udinese at +448 and a draw at +337.

Juventus hosts Napoli at the Allianz Stadium in Turin on Sunday, November 1, at 2:45 p.m. Eastern Time. This fixture represents a final opportunity for Juventus manager Luciano Spalletti to stabilize his tenure. Spalletti took over the Bianconeri in October 2025, replacing Igor Tudor. He previously managed Napoli from 2021 to 2023, guiding the club to its first Scudetto since the 1990s. The upcoming match carries additional weight as Spalletti faces his former club, whose current manager Massimiliano Allegri is suspended for the game. Juventus recently suffered an away defeat to Genoa, adding to the scrutiny on Spalletti's performance.

The remainder of Matchday 10 includes Bologna versus Monza on Saturday at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. Sunday fixtures also feature Como against Venezia at 6:30 a.m., Frosinone against Torino at 9 a.m., Lazio against Cagliari at 9 a.m., and Lecce against Genoa at 12 p.m. The final two matches of the round are scheduled for Monday, November 2, with Sassuolo hosting Fiorentina at 12:30 p.m. and Atalanta playing Parma at 2:45 p.m.

Most matches will air on Paramount+, except for the Udinese versus AS Roma game, which will be broadcast on CBS. The schedule concludes on Monday evening, marking the end of the 10th round of the Italian top flight.
